If strength or mobility issues are keeping you from riding a bicycle, you need to look into an e-bike. For about $1000 the Aventon e-bike (available at Eriks bike shop locations or online) has done an amazing job for Jean. We can ride together, get exercise, and I can't quite keep up with her.
